At DAFI SOFT, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to shop with confidence and have a straightforward experience if you need to return an item.
30-Day Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day returns policy, starting from the date you receive your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
For returns requested after the statutory 14-day cancellation period, items should be unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with packaging intact where possible.
This additional returns policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the items.
You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from your refund, where permitted by law.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please contact us using the contact form below.
Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
Once you have contacted us, we will provide return instructions. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.
Please package your return securely and retain proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us before returning it. We will arrange an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return postage costs where required by law.
Delivery Charges
Our standard UK delivery charge is £5.99 per order.
If you cancel your entire order within the statutory cancellation period, we will refund the cost of the returned products together with the original standard delivery charge, in accordance with UK consumer law.
For partial returns or returns made under our additional 30-day policy outside the statutory cancellation period, the original delivery charge is not normally refunded unless required by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For statutory cancellations, refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund in your account.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem.
Where helpful, you may include photographs.
We will work with you to arrange a refund, replacement or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
